Citizen M 1634 Alton Road

Restate Development proudly took part in the construction of the CitizenM hotel at 1634 Alton Road in Miami Beach. This project transformed a historical site, originally built in 1940, into a modern 18,105-square-foot luxury hotel. The CitizenM hotel features a striking concrete block and stucco exterior, and its design aligns with CitizenM’s reputation for affordable luxury accommodations. The redevelopment involved meticulous renovation while preserving the architectural essence of the original structure. This project not only added a unique hospitality option to the area but also revitalized a significant historical building, contributing to the dynamic character of Miami Beach.

Work: Sewer Lift Station, Drainage, Beautification and Hardscape.

• Installation of 12′ Deep Mops Lift Station
• Installation of 1 EA Sewer Manhole, connecting to an 18″ GS CLAY PIPE.

• Installation of 100 LF of 18″ HDPE Drainage Pipe.
